At Poetistic, we aim to provide flexibility to our customers while ensuring that our business operations run smoothly. Please review our cancellation policy for various products and services:


Online eBooks

Cancellation Terms: Once an eBook has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be cancelled as it is a digital product.

Exceptions: In special circumstances, such as accidental duplicate orders, please contact us for assistance.


Physical Products (Bookmarks, Desk Calendars)

Cancellation Period: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.

Cancellation After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return, and our return policy will apply.


Offline Poetry Show Tickets

Cancellation Period: Tickets can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled event.

Refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified period. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

Event Cancellation: In case of event cancellation by us, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.


General Terms

Processing of Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
