Delete Your Account
You can delete your Poetistic account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent. Here is how to do it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app
- 1Open the Poetistic app and sign in.
- 2Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- 3Tap Delete account.
- 4Confirm. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Request by email
Cannot sign in? Email us from the address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we will delete it within 7 working days.

- Your profile — name, email, phone number, and profile photo
- Your submitted poetry and audio
- Your likes, bookmarks, and saved collections
- Your followers, following, and activity
What we keep, and for how long
- Safety records — a limited record may be kept for up to 3 months after deletion to investigate abuse or safety issues, then permanently deleted.
- Transaction records — invoices and payment records are kept for up to 10 years where required by applicable tax and accounting law.
