At Poetistic, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may seek a refund. Our refund policy for various products and services is as follows:


Online eBooks

Refund Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of eBooks, refunds are generally not offered. However, if you encounter technical issues (e.g., downloading problems, file corruption) that we cannot resolve, a refund may be considered. Request Period: Within 7 days of purchase.

Process: Please contact us with your order details and the issue you’ve encountered.


Physical Products (Bookmarks, Desk Calendars)

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for physical products are available if the items are damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item.

Request Period: Within 14 days of receiving the product.

Process: Contact us with your order details and a description/photo of the issue. The item must be returned in its original condition.


Offline Poetry Show Tickets

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for show tickets can be made under certain circumstances, such as event cancellation or personal emergencies.

Request Period: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled event.

Process: Contact us with your ticket details and the reason for the refund request.


General Refund Terms

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

It may take up to 10-14 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

For partial refunds, any discounts or promotions used will be adjusted accordingly.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the request does not comply with our policy.
