At Poetistic, we are committed to delivering your purchases in a timely and reliable manner. Below are the details of our shipping policy for physical products like bookmarks and desk calendars.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
